So the land lord says he wants to remodel the house and he wants all the stuff in the house that needs to be removed to disapear in two weeks. Well two weeks later everything's gone. That was on March 17th. They still haven't started working on the house. In fact, my boyfriend and his dad did more than the land lord has done (by ripping up the gross, pet stained carpet upstairs and throwing it out the window). Make sense to you? Especially since, if we wanted to, we could call the health department or whatever and that house would totaly fail and make life rather difficult for them. Only reason I dont want to do that is because we haven't signed our lease yet and he could up the rent even more just to be an ass. Anyway, what I'm basically saying is originally the land lord said that all the stuff has to be out of the house by the 17th, that he'd start working on the house the very next day, and that it wouldnt take more than two weeks to finish. It should have been finished already and its not. My patients is wearing thin and I'm rather tempted since we're not on a lease yet to just say 'sorry' and find a NICE appartment that ISNT full of ancient mouse droppings.

Bleh.
